        The saga of the theme music for the Amiga game Star Woids included 
the making of this track. It was inspired by some progressive but fairly
bland techno that I'd been listening to at the time, and hence has that sort
of feel itself. I had been listening to the music from a brilliant game
called "Super Stardust" on the Amiga CD32, by Team 17. It had a lot of fairly
upbeat techno tracks as the game was playing and in between levels and so
forth. I was hoping to give Star Woids the same feel, as it would have suited
my particular style of mod-making. Unfortunately, the graphic artist had
other ideas, so this song never made it to Star Woids.
        The happy ending to this story is that a group called Sleepless
Software in America selected this music to be part of a fantasy game they're
making called "Inner Worlds". So the music found a home.
