Ok  dudes,  this  is  a NEW version of Tactical Manager and not only a lame
version  with new teams...  It got plenty of new features (like a new Title
Screen  etc  etc..   )!   And here we just wrote down what are the real new
stuffs in this version.


New features introduced since the launch of the original tactical manager.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

-  The  European champions cup now has eight seeded teams exempt from first
round matches. These seeded teams plus eight qualifiers then compete enfour
groups  of  four.   This new system has been introduced in TM ITALIA.  also
included  are  the  official  draws  for a European competitions.  The only
changes  we  have made is the exclusion of minor entries ( from Luxembourg,
Iceland...) in order to skip the tedious preliminary rounds.

-  The  difficulti  level  has  been increased.  Leaving key players out of
action  for  too  long,  or  failing to renew contraacts adverseley affects
morale.  Also top players no longer respond to offers from smaller clubs.

- Players in the reserves generally see their morale decline.  On the other
hand,  fitness may improve.  A random element has been introduced to create
situations  whereby  reserve  players  may  actually  hit top form and good
morale making them prime candidates for inclusion in the A squad.

-  Computer teams intelligence tweaked up even further.  Computer sides now
select  better  formations  and  generally  adopt  shrewder  tactics ( like
wasting time when leading with five minutes to go).

- Serie A league fixtures are now re-shuffled eacch seasion, or when NEW is
hit, so its a different fixture list every time.

-The  shirt  selection  system  is  now  fully  operational.   Clicking  on
"automatic"  lets  the  computer  organisse  ;your  team  asper the current
line-up  shown  on the left of your screen.  Clickin on "manual" allows you
to  position  your eleven players precisely where hou want them, but within
logical  limits  (goalies cant play as strikers) Any positional change made
in  the  shirts window will be reflected in the line-up list an vice-versa.
The  shirts  windows  now shows the very latest strips.  Captains, whenever
possible, are also flagged.

- The inter-manager cheat has been removed.  The original version allowed a
human manager to sell one of his players yo an accomplice, either too cheap
in  order  to switcch to that club later on, or too dear, in order to boost
his  bank  account.   Both  plots  have  now been countered:  if you sell a
player  way  over  his genuine value, a capital-gains tax bill is likely to
arrivefrom  Inladnd  Revebye,  if  you sell someone too cheap, joining that
club  later  merely  lands  you  with an extra legal bill, making the whole
deception pointless.

-  The  manager  sacking  system is now less blunt.  While it is still true
that  three  consecutive  defeats alert the board of directors to your poor
performance that sack is no longer the obligatory outcome.  To achieve this
un-enviable  distinction, you also have to be out of all cup competitions (
unless of course they havent started yet) and your current record must show
more defeats than wins.  If all these conditions are met, youll be fired!

-  Disposal  of  unwanted  players, either through the europool or from the
reserves  squad  now brings in some cash although it is generally much less
than what would be achieved on the open market.
